Shin-Yokohama新横浜 has a Shinkansen station. As a result, there're many salarymen overnighting in the area at times for various conferences.
Salarymen need to be entertained, so there's a proliferation of pachinko, hostesses and, of cousre, love hotels.

I was passing through an area of especially high love-hotel density when I spied this, disposed of in some unfortunate person's moped basket..complete with unbelievably long, straggly pube still stuck on the tip. No doubt it was purchased,used once, then disposed of by a cautious salaryman before returning home to his family.
